FPP & IAOP™ Evaluation
Standard FPP training, audits, inspections and corporate audit and evaluation programs are fragmented and lack a global overview and process which integrates the various components into an overall interactive observation process that can be delivered in a timely fashion. These programs have become exclusive of each other, leaving a gap which exposes workers, employers, safety directors and owners to risks in the form of injuries, deaths and subsequent fines, legal actions, loss of business, loss of reputation and other losses.
Rauch’s IAOP™ evaluation (Infrastructure Access Observation Program), incorporates a global view of FPP safety, combining standards with practical hands-on experience. Rauch’s IAOP™ is designed to provide a current and objective, outside evaluation of a company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and Major Accident Prevention Policy (MAPP) as it relates to the areas FPP and to identify any potential areas of incompleteness which may pose a risk to employers or employees as well as to identify any subsequent areas of improvement and to incorporate these results into future inspections and audits.
