Last Updated: 2026

1. Purpose of the Assessment

The Rauch Access Readiness™ Assessment is a structured self-assessment tool designed to:

  • identify access and rescue risk concentrations
  • surface lifecycle blind spots early
  • support informed design decisions

It provides clarity, not approval.

2. Nature of the Assessment

The assessment:

  • is not engineering validation
  • is not a compliance review
  • does not certify safety or suitability
  • relies on user-provided information

Scores reflect self-reported conditions.

3. Assessment Fee & Access

The Rauch Access Readiness™ Assessment is offered at a fixed professional fee, payable prior to access.

The assessment fee reflects licensed use of RSE’s proprietary diagnostic framework and delivery of a project-specific Design Validation Memo™.

The assessment fee is not credited, discounted, refunded, or applied toward future engineering services or engagements.

4. Use of Results

Assessment results may be used internally by the submitting organization.

Results may not be:

  • published publicly
  • presented as RSE approval
  • represented as compliance certification

5. Relationship to Engagement

Completion of the assessment does not require engagement.

Engagement may be proposed separately based on results.

Completion of the assessment does not imply eligibility for execution governance or exception-based engineering intervention.

6. Data Handling

Assessment data is handled under RSE confidentiality and privacy policies.

7. Policy Review

This policy may be updated.
The published version governs.
